- the "My E-Bill" service, through which the customer can see all the electricity bills, up to 2 years back, as well as receive the current one immediately and quickly

- The service "My Consumption", which shows with specific graphs the evolution of customer consumption over time, within the last 2 years, either in KWh or in euro
- The service "Understand your account", which in a way of interruption explains to the customer concerned the individual fields of his account
- The "Measures yourself" service, which enables the customer to electronically register the indications of his meter
-the "Pay-on-Line" service, which allows for immediate and quick repayment of the account, electronically, in a completely safe environment
- the service "my contact details", where the customer can modify specific information concerning him
- the "My Profile" service, through which the customer can change individual elements of the myElpedison Services Profile Profile
