Most Likely has 2 variations.
Variation 1:
Take turns passing the phone around and when it's your turn read out loud the statement. Then count out loud down to 3 and then everyone points to the person they think the statement suits best. The person who is most pointed to has to take a drink.
Variation 2:
Take turns passing the phone around and when it's your turn point to the person you think the statement suits best. The person chosen can take a drink to find out what the statement was.
